The Orange Bowl Stadium, initially called Burdine Stadium until 1959, opened December 10, 1937 for the Miami Hurricanes football team. It was built with a seating capacity of 23,330, but would grow to become a major landmark for many historical events. After several renovations, the final construction came in 1996 with a seating capacity of 72,319. The Orange Bowl has been a part of 11 games that decided the collegiate National Championship - including 3 University of Miami National Championships - and 5 Super Bowls. It was the home of the 1972 Miami Dolphins Perfect Season and the site of the NCAA’s longest college football winning streak. Between 1985 and 1994, the University of Miami Hurricanes won 58 straight home games. Don't miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to own an authentic piece of Orange Bowl Stadium home locker room wall. This beautifully designed collectible comes with 3 photos double matted in black and orange, a descriptive plate and a piece of locker room concrete framed in a black frame. Authenticated by the city of Miami and Mounted Memories. The framed dimensions are 23" x 27" x 1" and is ready to hang in any home or office. Limited edition of 500.
